1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wyverse.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

We provide a user interface that aggregates various Artificial Intelligence models via third-party providers.

  • No Warranty on AI Outputs: We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of content generated by the AI models. AI models can hallucinate or provide incorrect data.
  • Not Professional Advice: Outputs should not be relied upon as medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Accounts and Subscription Plans

  • Registration: You must provide accurate email information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • Plans & Payments: We offer Basic (Monthly) and Annual plans. Payment is required in advance.
  • Request Limits: Your plan is subject to specific request/token limits. We reserve the right to throttle or pause service if you exceed these limits.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Deactivation: You may deactivate your account via settings. This action is permanent.

4. User Content and Conduct

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the inputs (prompts) and files you upload.
  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or malicious code.
  • Editing/Deleting: We provide tools for you to edit or delete your chat history and files. You are responsible for managing your data retention within the app.

5. Intellectual Property

The website interface, branding, and code are owned by Wyverse. The AI models accessed are the intellectual property of their respective creators (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta).

6. Service Availability & Third Parties

  • Dependency: Our Service relies on various model providers. We are not liable for downtime caused by these third-party providers.
  • Modifications: We may modify available models or features at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.
